By downloading or using Expense Tracker Simple ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your own expenses. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the App
• Use automated tools to access or overload the App's servers

Your Data

You own the expense data you enter. We store it solely to provide the App's functionality. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Data Loss

Expense Tracker Simple uses a device-based identity system with no account recovery. If you delete and reinstall the App, your previous data will not be recoverable. We are not liable for any loss of data.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the App and its servers available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
