By downloading, installing, or using MyExpenseTracker ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided as a personal expense tracking tool. You may use it to record, view, edit, and delete your own expense data. You agree not to misuse the App or its associated services, including attempting to access other users' data, overwhelming the servers with automated requests, or reverse-engineering the App for malicious purposes.
2. User Data
You are responsible for the data you enter into the App. The App stores your expense data on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can delete it at any time through the App.
3. No Financial Advice
The App is a simple record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, accounting services, or investment recommendations. You should not rely on the App for any financial decisions.
4. Availability
We strive to keep the App and its servers operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of data or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use the App at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App's services for users who violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data through the Settings screen.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
